Bone Valley - the Last Dragon - How will our hero Torren rescue the burnt remanence of his beloved city Bone Valley with a band of followers that includes a witch who can’t do magic, a chef who happens to be a vegan vampire, a knight whos a pillock and a werewolf who hates dark places and open spaces?
It ain’t gonna be easy! But, at least we can laugh at them when they try.
Lord Der Arzte - Gentleman Detective, Is a parallel story to Bone Valley, where the delightfully honest Lord Harold Der Artz is introduced. A Sherlock Holmes-type character who lives in the steampunk world of Bone Valley, where his butler is an incubus with a guilt complex, his mother’s a real old harpy, and his girlfriend is much, MUCH smarter than he, but unfortunately, is a woman. And, last but not least, where his arch enemy Moira James-Tarty wants to kill him or bed him…. she hasn’t yet decided but has already set a price for his Lordship’s head.
Because nothing is more interesting than the real world itself, especially when we step back and turn the world on its head to see what falls out of its pockets.
‘The Golden Queen’ is the first fantasy novel in a set of three.
Located in a small fishing village on the south coast of Western Australia, monsters, fairies, mermaids and spirits mingle within a real-life setting. Who will win the ultimate battle? The King of the Salugh Sidhe or the newly minted Mermaid Queen? Who knows, but no one will give up without a fight!
I’m the biggest scaredy cat out, and I love writing horror…. go figure!
I’ve won a few Top Stories on Vocal. I’ve come second in a few competitions. My Horror work has been performed by Wilhem Presents Frightening Tales in Season 3 2023 and now another three stories will be perfomed on Season 4 2024
The title kinda says it all - from two demons fighting over blessed bottled water to a high school payback gone wrong when you throw a mistaken bully out of a plane in a pink dress for payback. These are all the stories which just don’t fit anywhere else.
